What is Herbal Supplement?
Supplement derived directly from plants or plant extracts, which are known to contain medicinal properties. Over thousands of years ancient civilisations have used herbs to improve a number of different health issues. The right amount and use of herbs have been used to relieve pain, boost the immune system, calm the nervous system, relief of asthma, and other common health conditions. Some common herbs are ginseng, ginger, Saw Palmetto, chamomile, and gingko. Herbal supplements can come in a variety of forms, such as a tablet, pill, capsule, liquid or powder.
What is Dietary Supplement?
Supplements are made up a number of ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino and fatty acids, and other substances. They are generally used to "supplement" the diet. These supplements are taken in addition to food, to ensure that we are getting proper nutrients. They can come in a variety of forms such as a pill, tablet, capsule, powder or liquid.
Where is your products shipped from?
The pills we offer are produced by Indian manufacturers. To make sure our entire product list is in stock, the orders are sent out directly by our manufacturer. So, the product is shipped from India.
What shipping methods are available?
Two shipping methods are available at the moment:- Regular Airmail that costs $10 and takes 7-14 days after dispatch to deliver the product
- Trackable Courier Service that costs $30 and takes 5-9 days for delivery
How do you ship orders? Will I have to sign for the package?
If sent by the standard unregistered mail the order will come in a plain envelope that will be left in your mail box. There is no need to sign for it. If sent by a courier, the recipient needs to sign for the package. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
What if the order is not received during the time stated?
In case the order is not received within the delivery time stated, we guarantee a replacement, free of charge, or your payment pack!
What are the payment methods available?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Is there a money back guarantee?
If the product doesn't work, send it back to us for expertise and we will return the money. We also offer money back in case of non-delivery of the product.
Are your pills FDA approved?
FDA tests and controls every new ingredient that appears on market since 1994 but it doesn't control how these herbs, vitamins and minerals are mixed. Our products consists only of approved and tested natural herbals.
Our product fully meets the requirements for Dietary Supplements. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The product doesn't contain any unapproved substance, mineral, vitamin or herb.
