Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of order submission. You MUST contact our support team by phone, e-mail or live chat and inform them of your decision. Please, give your order number and specify the reason for the cancellation.

Note: No orders will be cancelled AFTER the 24 hours have expired.

Refund/Reship Policy

Your satisfaction with the products and the services we provide is our prime aim. In case the order is not received within the delivery time stated, we guarantee a replacement, free of charge, or your payment pack.

What you should do in this case:
  • Check the delivery time
  • If the package is sent by International Unregistered Mail, the order will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Since the medication comes from India, the delivery takes that long. Please, make sure that the dead-line has actually been missed.
  • Contact our customer support service
  • If the dead-line has been missed, please contact us to inform us of the problem. We will check the matter with the postal services and if they are not able to resolve the problem on their own, we will send you a replacement or refund your payment at your request. Refund procedure time depends on the banks' transaction processing time and takes approximately 5-7 days.
  • If the package is sent by courier, please use the tracking number to locate it.

Please mind: disputing a charge (charge back issue) without contacting the merchant first is treated as a credit card fraud. Both the credit card's and the holder's details (name, address, IP address, e-mail address) will be blacklisted and reported to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division).

Refund can be processed if:

  • order wasn't received by you during the period 10-28 Days.
  • product was damaged
  • pills were not effective for you

You can get the refund in 2 weeks after the order was received by you or if it wasn't delivered to you.

Shipping Policy

What shipping methods are available?

Two shipping methods are available at the moment:

  • Regular Airmail that costs $10 and takes 7-14 days after dispatch to deliver the product
  • Trackable Courier Service that costs $30 and takes 5-9 days for delivery

Return Policy

In case you are not satisfied with the effect our medications produce, please contact us to inform of the problem. We will supply you with the return address and as soon as the product is received by our returns department, we will start the refund procedure.

In case of non-delivery of the product by the dead line (the delivery takes 10-17 days, there may be an additional delay for 5 days for the customs checking) you can contact our support team (Contact us) to qualify for a refund. Your payment will be fully reimbursed to your credit card. The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days, after this period the refund will be reflected at your credit card statement.
